BABAS Chilli Powder

Baba's Chilli Powder (Halal)

Ingredients: Pure dry chilli 

Anchovies Sambal/ Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis

Ingredients: 1 Onion, cut into rings-100g, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Sugar, 1/2 Cup Tamarind juice, 3 cups fried anchovies-300g.

A ingredients: 1/2 cup Oil, 5 Shallots pounded, 2 Cloves garlic pounded, 2 tbsp Baba Chilli Powder-20g, 1/2 cup water-125ml

Cooking Method:

• Saute A Ingredients with onion rings (1min)
• Add in salt, sugar followed by tamarind juice and stir well (5min)
• Add in Achovies and mix well (2min)

After opening, store in an air-tight container in a cool dry place.
