Baba's Murukku Mix (Campuran Murukku Baba's)

Ingredients: Rice, Black Gram, Dhal, and Salt

Cooking Ingredients: 1 packet Baba's Murukku Mix-500g, 1 tbsp ghee-20g, 1 1/2 cup water- 380ml, Oil for deep frying

Cooking Method:

• Knead Baba's Murukku Mix with ghee and water, forming pliable dough without lumps (4 min)
• Shape murukku on the reverse surface of the slotted spoon
• Deep fry the Murukku till golden brown in medium heated oil (145°C)
