RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item, from the date of receipt;
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Your item must be in its original packaging, price tags and labels intact;
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If these conditions are not fulfilled, or for anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for returns.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item:

  • within five (5) working days of our receipt of your returned item, we will proceed to inspect the same; and
  • notify you on the status of your refund, depending on the outcome of our inspection. 

 

Should your refund be approved:

  • we will credit the refund to your bank/credit card (or any other original method of payment, as the case may be) within five (5) working days, from the date of us notifying you on your refund status; and
  • we will notify you of same via your given e-mail.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

 

Shipping

  • When returning an item(s) to us, you shall be responsible towards the shipping costs, for the same.
  • Our initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Steps to Follow

(i)  Contact us at info@asiangroceries.online about your concerns with pictures to support your claims and concerns;

(ii)    We will revert to your e-mail within 48 hours from our receipt of your email;

(iii)   you return

 

Asiangroceries.online’s decision is final in each and any returns request.

 

Your Legal Rights

Asiangroceries.online refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.
